The LED is swit ched off:

Pres sing the ho tel room key opens the »Check-out« and »Wake-up call« menu.

Pres sing the ho tel room key opens the »Check-in« menu.

The LED flas hes:

No functi on when pres sing the ho tel room key.

For all LED dis plays:

The room te le pho ne is cal led by pres sing the key twi ce.

Post-processing time of the agent (post-processing time)

This key can on ly be used by the agents of the mi ni call cen tre.

LED functions

The LED on the key in di ca tes the re spec ti ve sta tus of the agent:

LED off:

The agent is free and can be cal led.

LED on:

The agent is post-pro ces sing and can not be cal led.

Key functions

The LED is swit ched off:

Pres sing the key starts the post-pro ces sing time.

LED on:

Pres sing the key ends the post-pro ces sing time.

LED on:

The post-pro ces sing time is res tar ted by pres sing the but ton twi ce.

The LED is swit ched off:

Pres sing the key twi ce has no functi on.

The se cond lay er of the key functi on is as sig ned per ma nent ly and can not be set up for any ot her
functions.

Night operation

This key cen tral ly swit ches all of the ex ten sions con fi gu red for this. All exi sting ex ter nal call as signments, the team

call as signments and the door as signments are swit ched together. 

LED functions

The LED on the key in di ca tes that night ope ra ti on is ac ti vat ed:

LED off:

Night  ope ra ti on  de ac ti vat ed,  the  call  as signments  pre vi ous ly  set  up  apply.

LED on:

Night  ope ra ti on  ac ti vat ed  (by  key  or  ca len dar  on  elmeg hybird).

The LED on the »Night ope ra ti on« key lights up when night ope ra ti on is ac ti vat ed using the ca len dar on elmeg

hybird.  Pres sing  the  »Night  ope ra ti on«  key  de ac ti va tes  night  ope ra ti on.  The  cur rent  »ca len dar  functi on«  set  is  ap -

plied again the next time ope ra ti on is switched using the calendar.
