The »
call back
« soft key is on ly dis play ed if it is pos si ble to set up an au to ma tic call back in the ex chan ge or in the
PABX. For ex ter nal calls the per for man ce fea tu re »Call back on bu sy« must be re ques ted from your network
provider.
You can de fi ne up to 3 call backs. If you use an LCR pro ce du re, an au to ma tic call back is al ways per for med via the stan -
dard net work operator.

Viewing and deleting initiated callbacks
When the te le pho ne is at rest, in itia ted call backs are in di ca ted in the dis play by the »
call back
« soft key. To view
call backs, press this soft key. You can now view the in di vi du al call backs using the ar row keys. If you wish to de le te a
call back, you can se lect this by using the ar row keys, then press the F key and fi nal ly the »
de le te?
« soft key.
In itia ted call backs are de le ted au to ma ti cal ly af ter a spe ci fied time. This time is de fi ned for ex ter nal call backs by the
net work ope ra tor and for in ter nal call backs by the PABX.

If the te le pho ne is dis con nec ted from the ISDN net work (e.g. te le pho ne ISDN plugs un plug ged, PABX
swit ched off or re set), then any re ques ted call backs are deleted.
Intercept (MCID)
If you re cei ve a ma li ci ous call, you can sa ve the caller’s num ber in the ex chan ge.
The Tra ce (MCID) per for man ce fea tu re must be re ques ted from the net work pro vi der for your ISDN connection.

Iden ti fi ca ti on is car ried out in the ex chan ge and is re cor ded un der the caller’s num ber, date and time.
You can use this per for man ce fea tu re in two si tua tions.
