Important notes on entering the call number for sending SMS messages
If the per for man ce fea tu re »Au to ma tic Out si de Li ne« for your te le pho ne is swit ched off in the PABX, you will not be
ab le to en ter the di al ling code be fo re en te ring the des ti na ti on num ber. In ad di ti on the di al ling code must be sa ved in
the te le pho ne.
When the te le pho ne is con nec ted to a PABX with au to ma tic out si de li ne, you can enter the destination number
directly.
View new text messages received
You can view a new mes sa ge from the cal ler his to ry (see pa ge 24) or from the list of re cei ved text mes sa ges. If you ha ve
al rea dy vie wed a new mes sa ge in the list of re cei ved text mes sa ges, the cor re spon ding en try in the cal ler history is
deleted.
Viewing received or sent text messages
When vie wing re cei ved or sent text mes sa ges, you can ac cess the fol lo wing functions:
•
Re send a text mes sa ge.
Be fo re sen ding, the text mes sa ge can be mo di fied.
•
De le te a text mes sa ge.
•
Trans fer text mes sa ge to the list of sa ved text mes sa ges (only UUS1).
Start as fol lows:
