Error messages

Buzzer on control board (-9N10) of
the humidification module sounds
•
Error message “HUMID ALARM” at
the controller MB1 I/O-board (-3N1)
•
90 sec time-out for filling the steam
boiler exceeded
•
during filling of the inlet tank more than
5 minutes have passed
Water in the inlet tank?
Yes
No
•
The filling level electrode (-9H10) of the
steam boiler (-9A10 ) is calcified
- Replace the humidification module,
(chap. 9.1.6)
•
Water pump of steam boiler (-9M10)
without function?
- Check the voltage (230 V~) at the pump
during rundown of the 90 sec.
If voltage can be measured, the pump is
defective and the humidification
module must be replaced, chap. 9.1.6)
•
Control board (-9N10) of the humidification
module defective)?
- If during rundown of the 90 sec no
voltage (230 V~) can be measured at
the water pump, the control board is
defective and the humidification module
must be replaced, chap. 9.1.6
CAUTION!
The boiler heating may in case of error oper-
ate even without water in the steam boiler.
There is danger of overheating. Therefore
when executing longer checks, let the unit
cool down in between.

The water inlet (water tap) is closed, or
with option external water can, there is no
water in the freshwater can
•
Solenoid valve (-10Y1) for freshwater inlet
does not open?
- Check the solenoid valve, if necessary
replace the humidification module,
(chap. 9.1.6)
•
Side mounted float switches (-10S3) in the
inlet tank defective?
- Check the float switch for function (with
no or not enough water horizontal
position = switch is closed), if necessary
replace the humidification module,
(chap. 9.1.6)
•
Filling level and overflow sensor (-10S1) in
the outlet tank defective?
- Check the sensor for function (in normal
state or with not enough water the float is
down = switch is closed), if necessary
replace the humidification module,
(chap. 9.1.6)
•
Leak in the piping?
- Check all hose clamps for tight fit.
Check all hoses for perfect condition. if
necessary replace the humidification
module, (chap. 9.1.6)
