Maintenance section
The maintenance operation is the absolute prerogative of professional operators and
specialized technicians, in compliance with the requirements of Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC and subsequent updates.
As routine maintenance, the following checks/operations must be carried out
once a month
:
Visually check the entire machine to make sure that the structures are not deformed or
cracked.
Check the welding and the proper functioning of the safety devices.
Make sure the machine ascends and descends smoothly.
Check the correct operation of the control panel.
8.1
Lubrication
Check and grease the scissor sliding guides frequently.
Lubricate the pins and moving parts at least once a month. In case of continuous use,
lubricate every 15 days.
8.2
Actuator dismantling
In case of need to disassemble the actuator for checking operations or component replacement,
proceed as follows:
1-
Raise the lift until it passes the holes on the base;
2-
Insert a stopper inside the two holes;
3-
Lower the lift until it rests on the two stoppers;
4-
Replace the actuator;
5-
Press the ascent button and remove the two stoppers.
