Figure 8 – lift components
7.1
Loading operations
Before installing the vehicle on the platform it is essential to install the front support (Figure 8, [1])
and central support (Figure 8, [2]). The rear support (Figure 8, [3]) should only be installed only if
necessary.
The front support consists of two parts, as indicated in paragraph 5.2 - Supports assembly.
Make sure that the work surface (Figure 8, [4]) is completely lowered and that the ramp (Figure 8,
[5]) is properly positioned.
To replace the load proceed as follows:
1-
Lower the central support [2];
2-
Load the bicycle on the work surface [4], by passing it on the ascent ramp [5];
3-
Secure the wheel using one of the two available front supports: using the wheel axle fixed
with the clamp (Figure 7, [B]), or using the special bushings fixed in the holes of the front
wheel axle (Figure 7, [A]);
4-
Lift the central support and place it under the bicycle motor. Lift to the desired height;
5-
Hook the rear side of the bicycle (only if necessary).
