1. Attach the wrench all the way to the bottom of the nut so that it is fully attached
to the nut.
Caution
2. Before tightening, always clean the external surface of the nut with a cloth and
take measures to prevent the nut and the adapter from slipping.
The clamping nut of the Mega Chuck is
provided with a stopper that indicates the
installation position of the MEGA Wrench.
Install the adapter in a way to have no
clearance between the stopper and the
adapter itself.
Clearance
1. The Digital MEGA Torque Wrench is used for
tightening only. To remove the nut, use
the
normal MEGA Wrench.
2. Before tightening, ensure that the
value 0 is displayed on the display panel.

When holding the grip, place your hand lightly on
the grip in a location with the effective line as
the center, and then gradually apply force
without applying too much force.

When tightening, apply a perpendicular
force to
the wrench
(up and down or right
and left).

If a torque exceeding the capability of the wrench
(60N
・
m) is applied, the protection function will
trigger and clear the display. The device will recover
once the load on the torque wrench is released.
Caution
With the display panel facing upward, attach the wrench
to the clamping nut.
Ensure that the wrench does not touch the cutting tool;
align the center of the adapter and the center of the
clamping nut, and then attach it straight.

Hold the grip and tighten the nut.
Hold the grip in order to apply the
tightening force on the effective line
and tighten slowly.

When the tightening torque set is reached, the grip vibrates and the buzzer
emits a sound notifying that the tightening operation is completed.

When tightening torque is applied, the torque value is displayed on the
display panel and the LED indicators light up in real time.
