Take hold of the front stabilizer bar (2), Fig.1,

insert the screws (28), washers (29), (30) and tighten
securely, Fig.1.

3.-

FITTING THE HANDRAIL CONNECTION

TUBES.-

ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
required for this stage of the assembly.

Connect the left handrail connection tube (3) with the
left lower tube (5) using the left connection part (4) and
the screws (31), (34) and the washers (32) and (33),
Fig.2.
Bring the set to the main body and place it according to
Fig.2. Connect the left handrail connection tube (3) with
the main body using the screws (149) and the left lower
tube (5) using the screws (31), washers (32) and (33),
Fig.2.

Fit the rear stabilizer (6) using the screws (36),
washers (29) and (30), Fig.2.

Perform the same assembly with the right handrail
connection tube (7) and the right lower connection tube
(9).

4.-

FITTING THE ADJUSTABLE FEET.-

Take the left pedal tube (10) marked with the letter (L),
place the cushion plate (18) as shown in Fig.3. Then
place the left pedal (17) and secure with screws (37).
Perform the same assembly with the right footrest
assembly (11) marked with the letter (R) and the right
pedal (19) Fig.3.

5.-

FITTING THE PEDAL POSTS.-

Bring the left pedal post (10) to the central body (1),
placing it according to the Fig.4. Insert the screws (38)
with washers (39), (40) and nuts (41) and tighten
securely. Fit the caps (151).
Perform the same steps with the right pedal post (11),
Fig.4.

6.-

FITTING THE SWING POSTS.-

Move the

left swing post

(12) to the outer tube on the

main body (1), Fig.5, and inser it. Fix with screws (42)
together with nuts (44) and washers (43) Fig.5 and
tighten securely. Perform the same with your right hand
and

right swing post

(13). Then place the covers (20),

(21). (22) as shown in Fig.6 and screw them with the
screws (45) and (46).

7.-

FITTING THE MONITOR POST.-

Take  hold  of  the  front  post  (14)  and  fit  the  lower  tray
(24) and the cover (23) as shown in Fig.7. Connect the
wires of the main body with the wires of the front post,
Fig.7.
Insert  the  front  post  (14)  onto  the  boss  on  the  main
body (1).
Insert  the  screws  (31),  washers  (32),  (33),  Fig.7,  and
tighten securely.
Lower the cover (23) and insert the joints (47), Fig.7.

8.-

FITTING THE FIXED HANDLEBAR.-

Fit the handlebar (15) onto the front post (14) using the
screws (31), washers (32), (33), Fig.8.

IMPORTANT: It is advisable to retighten these
screws after one month of using the machine.

9.-

FITTING THE MONITOR.-

Remove the back monitor cover. Remove the screws
of the back plate of the monitor.
Place the monitor (16) onto the front post plate (14) as
shown in Fig.9 and refit the screws.
Connect the terminals coming out of the front post (14)
and of the monitor (16), Fig.9.
Refit the back monitor cover with the screws, Fig.9.
