INSTALLATION MANUAL
- the selector (optional) must only be connected to the MASTER board. If any parameters are edited from the selector, the edited parameters shall be the same on
both boards;
- the start-up must only be performed from the MASTER board;
- during LP, the fi rst leaf to move shall be the MASTER one, and it shall be stopped at the maximum desired opening. After that, the SLAVE leaf shall start moving as
well; it too shall be stopped at the maximum desired opening. Once the LP procedure is completed (fi xed CL on the displays), both leaves shall fully close.
22.3) EXTENSION CASING KIT
Fig. 18.2
An extension casing kit to be installed between the two automations is available as an optional.
Installation of the extension casing kit (optional): measure the centre-to-centre distance between the hinges “I”, then use the following formula to determine the
base and cover cuts
Base/cover cuts = I-1145mm
a. Install the fi rst operator and insert the base into the relevant housing on the header exterior.
b. Install the second operator and drill the two inner headers to lead the synchronisation cable through.
c. Close the central section with the cover and screw it using the pre-arrangement on the headers.
d. Close the two operators with the respective covers.
23) INTERLOCK CONNECTION AND USAGE
Fig. 19
The control unit of the automation is ready to operate in interlocked mode (on both single and double leaf installation) by means of connection with an electronic
control unit of the same family.
In interlocked operation, the opening of a door can only occur if the other one is not moving, i.e. is not in operation.
To interlock two automations, after performing the connections mentioned in the previous page, proceed as follows:
1. Set an opening priority (in the event of simultaneous opening requests from the sensors on both doors, you need to set an opening priority):
- Defi ne a board WITH PRIORITY
- Defi ne a board WITHOUT PRIORITY
2. - Set on the board WITH PRIORITY:
15
AUX-IN 1 auxiliary input
confi guration
2= Interlock of the door WITH
PRIORITY
17
AUX-OUT auxiliary output
confi guration
1 = Door Open state
3. - Set on the board WITHOUT PRIORITY:
15
AUX-IN 1 auxiliary input
confi guration
3= Interlock of the door WITH-
OUT PRIORITY
17
AUX-OUT auxiliary output
confi guration
1 = Door Open state
In the event of simultaneous opening signals, the door selected as WITH PRIORITY shall open.

If they persist, replace the board and send it to the manufacturer, specifying the displayed error code.
25) TROUBLESHOOTING
DESCRIPTION
INDICATION ON DISPLAY
CAUSE/SOLUTION
The door does not open
None
Check the mains power supply/check whether the ON/OFF switch on the header is turned to OFF.
The door does not open
CL fi xed
The logic selector is turned to stop closed-switch to a diff erent logic.
The logic selector on the header is turned to logic I – turn it to 0.
The door stays open
Fixed OP
The logic selector is turned to stop open-switch to a diff erent logic An opening control - like start1/
start2/emergency opening -is engaged – check the respective inputs. An obstacle prevents motion/
remove it.
The door does not open
/ The Lp parameter ac-
quisition does not start
St fi xed
Key contact engaged/Safety opening sensor activated – check the key contact/Remove any obstacles
or check and/or calibrate the sensor.
The door does not open
/ but the automation
tries to open
OP followed by St followed by CL
Lock/electric lock blocked / release the lock/electric lock. Incorrect electric lock setting / set properly.
The door reverts its mo-
tion during closing
Op blinking
The door motion activates the opening control of the safety closing sensor – check and/or calibrate the
sensor. A friction triggers the motion reversal-- eliminate the friction
The door stops during
the opening stage, then
it closes back
Op blinking followed by Cl blinking
A friction triggers the stop and the subsequent motion reversal-- eliminate the friction.
