OPERATION - General
The slow cooker is only intended for domestic use, not for professional use.

OPERATION - Using for the first time
1. Press the lid release button (12) to open the lid. The lid will automatically open to the vertical position.
2. Lift the frying basket’s (1) handle (2) to the horizontal position so that it locks into place (see Figure 2).
Remove the frying basket from the pan (10).
3. Clean the interior and exterior of the housing (11), the lid (7) and the frying basket, and then assemble
the deep fryer again (see Cleaning and maintenance).
4. Fill the pan (10) with oil or liquid fat (see Replacing oil
or liquid fat). The level of the oil or liquid fat must lie
between the ‘MIN’ and ‘MAX’ marks in the bowl. The
maximum quantities are 2,5 litres.
ATTENTION: Never using solid fats (blocks)
ATTENTION: Only use oil or liquid fats specifically
suitable for frying
5. Lower the empty frying basket into the deep fryer.
6. Close the lid.
7. Pull the lock (3) in the handle towards you and lower
the handle (see figure 3). The frying basket will be
lowered into the bowl (see figure 3).
