1 DATE
Read or update the date. The current date is written as follows:
MM / DD / YYYY.
The correct date is important for the automatic decay compensa-
tion of the isotope. A battery keeps the clock running even when
power supply is off.
If the Uni-Probe has not been supplied with power for a longer
period of time (several weeks), then the capacitor may be empty. If
the power supply is turned on again, then the clock starts with the
last saved date. Thus, the error due to the missing decay compen-
sation is minor to negligible. In this case, the date has to be
updated.

View and set the time. The current time is written as follows:
HH:MM:SS.
Differences in time have virtually no effect on the correction of the
decrease in activity. Verification of the time can help to check the
equipment functions. A battery keeps the clock running when
power is off.

ESCRIPTOR
The

identifies the measurement device. It may be
used as needed. The default value is LB 490. A maximum of 16
characters can be entered.
