3 .2 PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE SLICED
The following ar e pr oduct s that can be sliced:
- All types of cold cuts (cooked, r aw, smoked);
- Boneless meat (cooked or r aw at a
temper atur e of no lower t han +3 °C);
- Br ead and cheeses (those that can be sliced,
such as Gr uyer e, Fontina, etc.).
3 .3 PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE SLICED
The following ar e pr oducts that cannot be
sliced because they could cause dam age t o
people and equipment:
- Fr ozen foods;
- Deep-fr ozen foods;
- Food with bones (meat and fish);
- Vegetables;
- Any other pr oduct that could be sliced but
not meant for consumption.
ATTENTION: Do not try to slice products that
are not allowed.
4 . DESCRIPTION
4 .1 UNPACKING
Check t hat the packaging is unopened and
undamaged; other wise, immediately infor m the
for war ding agent or the ar ea agent.
To take the m achine out of the packaging
pr oceed as follows:

Cut and r em ove the plastic str aps;
-
Cut t he car dboar d box at t he base which is
at tached t o the pallet;
