6 .3  CLEANING THE SLICING M ACHINE

 

 
 
6 .3 .1  GENERAL INFORM ATION 

 
The  machines  m ust  be  pr oper ly  cleaned  at  
least once a day, if necessar y even mor e.  
If  the  machines  have  not  been  used  for   a 
while  they  m ust  be  cleaned  befor e  use  as 
well. 
 
 
 

W ARNING: Danger of cutting! 
Use  protective  gloves  which  are  resistant  to 
cutting  and  tearing  and  concentrate  on  the 
job at hand. 
PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION! 

 
 
 

Open the slice deflect or  (1 );  

 

Take out the container  (2 );  

 

Loosen  the  knob  (3 )  and  lift  the  sliding 
over plate (4 ) with its food pr ess ar m;  

 

Rem ove the blade cover  (5 );  

 

Rem ove  the  shar pener   (6 ),  r aise  it  using 
the knob on the t op.  

 
 
 
Clean  all  the  disassembled  par ts,  the 
machine  body,  etc.  only  using  hot  water   and 
a biodegr adable foaming deter gent for  dishes 
at  a  temper at ur e  of  no  lower   than  +3 0   °C 
using  a  soft,  spongy  clot h  and  a  nylon  br ush 
if  necessar y  for   the  plate  and  the  shar p  food 
pr ess. 
 
Rinse  well  with  a  lot  of  hot  clean  water   only 
and  dr y  with  a  soft  clot h  or   a  spongy 
mater ial. 
 
 
 

W ARNING:  DO  NOT  clean  the  machine  with
