5.7.2 MOUNT PHASE SENSOR

Position the sensor in its housing and fix with screw (2), and
tighten.

10 N·m 1 Kg-m + LOCTITE 243

®

5.7.3 REMOVE PHONIC WHEEL

Remove the clutch cover (see "REMOVE CLUTCH COVER").
Unscrew and remove screw (3) and remove the phonic wheel
(4).

5.7.4 MOUNT PHONIC WHEEL

WARNING:
During the phonic wheel mounting phase, position
it with the writing towards the outside of the engine.

Position the phonic wheel (4) and tighten the fixing screw to
the specified worm drive.
Check the liner (a) between the phonic wheel and the phase
sensor.

VALUE LIMIT
a = from 0.8 to 1.0 mm
