The PRESETS Tab

 

The 

  PRESETS 

  Tab  is  where  the  administrator  stores  saved,  pre-configured  POOLS/ROOMS 

allocations for specific applications.  

 

 

Right-clicking in the 

 PRESETS 

 field shows 

an 

 ALLOCATION PRESETS 

 drop-down 

menu for creating new presets. 

 

 

Left-click on a Preset tab on the left and its values are displayed to the right. Values can be changed 
by selecting the Room to be modified, then  clicking within a field and typing in a new number. Then 
click on  SAVE  to retain the new values.

 

 

 

 

The system will automatically keep track of the Sources as they are allocated. In the following example 

.

RM  test

 is first  selected for modification, as indicated by a  green check mark.  Next, two Sources 

P_BRAVO 

 are allocated  to this Room.  However, since there were no  Sources free, the total in the 

.

FREE

  row is now showing a red

 . The EXECUTE  button also turns red indicating that this condition 

is not valid and cannot be used.
