The replacement device must be in the delivery state (factory settings) for the exchange without
removable media/PG. If necessary the factory settings have to be restored.

The parameter
Interchanged Modules
The parameter settings can be reached via the menu item
Object properties – Parameter
. First select the LioN-Link system in
HW Config.
Click with the right mouse button on the row
Slot 0
and the PROFINET device name of the BusHead.
During commissioning it is recommended to leave the parameter
Interchanged Modules
on the setting
ACCEPT
(default setting).
In this mode it is possible to find the optimal installation and the most favourable wiring solution for the LioN-Link system.
After the determination of the final configuration this setting should be changed to
DO NOT ACCEPT
to immediately discover
permutations of modules or wiring and check the proper installation.
But also in the mode
ACCEPT
an error-free operation of the system and the exchange of defective modules are possible of
course.
Notice!
With the setting
ACCEPT
the changed actual configuration is adopted as the new target
configuration during restart of the system. With the selection
DO NOT ACCEPT
the existing
configuration is fixed!
