3.3
Exchanging the filter pad
The filter pads of P
ROCESSOR
and the O
MNI
B
US
devices have to be changed in intervals, depending on the grade of
pollution of the air.
3.3.1
Filter pad of the Processor
On the Processor the air filter is located behind the ventilation slits [1] on the front of the P
ROCESSOR

•
Unlock the front cover of the P
ROCESSOR
with the key!
•
Pull the handle of the filter mounting [2] into your direction!
•
Pull out the filter mounting to the right!
•
Remove the old filter pad!
•
Insert a new filter pad!
•
Insert the mounting into the P
ROCESSOR
until the handle engages!
•
Lock the front cover!
As long as the filter pad is not irreversibly blocked, cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner is also an
acceptable method to maintain good air ventilation within the system!
3.3.2
Filter pad of the OmniBus A12 and Extender
On the O
MNI
B
US
A12 and on the Extender the air filter is located behind the
ventilation slits [1] on the front of the
device; please refer to
Figure 2-7 Front view of OmniBus A12
respec-
tively.
•
Unlock the ventilation flap by turning its
lock [2] with the key and open it!
•
Remove the old filter pad!
•
Insert a new filter pad!
•
Turn the ventilation flap upwardly and close it by turning the
lock [2]!
As long as the filter pad is not irreversibly blocked, cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner is also an
acceptable method to maintain good air ventilation within the system!
3.3.3
Filter pad of the OmniBus A18
To exchange the filter pad of an O
MNI
B
US
A18 please follow the steps below:
•
Open the front cover as explained in section
2.3.6 Opening the front cover of the OmniBus A18
•
The filter pad is pined onto the flap. Remove it and pin a new filter in it!
•
Readjust the front cover at the front of the O
MNI
B
US
A18 and tighten the three housing screws [4], [5] and
[6] at the upper side; please refer to
Figure 2-14 Front of the OmniBus A18
