12. TROUBLESHOOTING

Introduction

This troubleshooting guide will be a help to determine possible cause(s) of an issue in case it occurs. Basic troubleshooting can be
done by a trained and quali

ed operator or a technician.

12.1 Auto Alignment Head

Auto Alignment Head not powered

In the troubleshooting steps below,

Auto Alignment Head not powered

is a possible cause of issues that is mentioned a multiple

times. The table below lists the possible causes (and actions) that can lead to a Auto Alignment Head which is not powered.

Possible cause

Action

Emergency stop is engaged

1.

Release the Emergency stop

2.

Optionally, stop and restart the XDS RACU server on the
MCU

Power cord unplugged

1.

Plug in the power cord in the Auto Alignment Head and
in the wall outlet

2.

Switch the Main switch of the Auto Alignment Head to ON

3.

Optionally, stop and restart the XDS RACU server on the
MCU

Main switch Is OFF

1.

Switch the Main switch of the Auto Alignment Head to ON

2.

Optionally, stop and restart the XDS RACU server on the
MCU

No Mains power

Check the Mains power supply or the Power Distribution Unit

Troubleshooting LED’s

Two LED’s are available on the LEX unit:
