Before starting the

AT THE END OF THE PROGRAMME
At the end of the programme the device emits an acoustic signal and opens up a notification screen.
It therefore enters holding mode, where the cell temperature is held at -21°C until the user intervenes. There is a
defrosting phase at the end.
3.12.9 Thawing
Thawing increases the temperature of a blast frozen product up to +4°C without losing any liquids and
without starting the cooking process, thus avoiding the transformation of proteins, which typically occurs
when meat is defrosted in the microwave.

3.12.10 Ready to serve
Ready to serve allows food previously cooked and stored in the fridge, or which has cooled to ambient
temperature, to be heated and served at the right temperature.
Caution! In this operating mode, the accessible parts of the device become very hot: children must be kept
at a distance. Take care not to touch the hot surfaces of the device and always use oven mitts to extract or
insert accessories or heat-resistant pots.
READY TO SERVE
There are two ready to serve modes: “immediate” and “delayed”.
In “Immediate ready to serve” heating begins when the cycle starts.
In “Delayed ready to serve” heating begins after a delay, during which the device preserves the food at a
temperature of +4°C, thus making it possible to start the programme in the morning and have the dish ready to serve
in time for lunch or dinner.
