rinsing bath, which can be filled with tap or deionised water. Easy-to-operate lids with large
inspection glasses allow uncomplicated loading and optional process monitoring during cleaning
and rinsing. The size of the two trays is designed so that commercially available 1/1 DIN insert
baskets can be easily placed and components up to a length of 570 mm can be cleaned.

Design and function of the safety device
In the event of a malfunction of the heating control, the attached heating elements must be safely
switched off in order to avoid overheating of the bath surface of more than 150°C. To ensure safe
shutdown in case of permanent activation of the heating elements and evaporation of the bath
fluid, the heating foils are equipped with thermal fuses which interrupt the voltage supply of the
heating elements from a temperature of 150°C onwards.
