RISPETTA L'AMBIENTE
Evitare nel modo più assoluto di dare corso al montaggio senza avere a
disposizione l’attrezzatura necessaria. Il procedere con attrezzi di fortuna
può, oltreché danneggiare irreparabilmente l’apparecchiatura, risultare
pericoloso per l’incolumità generale.
Prima di iniziare le operazioni di montaggio è bene accertarsi di disporre
di una serie di attrezzi, di seguito elencati, quale attrezzatura minima
necessaria:
• Cacciavite con testa a croce ø 5 mm
• Martello di plastica
• Calcatoio in legno
• Pinza
• Punta da segno
• Trapano elettrico con mandrino per punte elicoidali
• Seghetto a mano con lama per taglio di metalli
•
Lima a taglio fine
• Punte elicoidali per la foratura di metallo
•
Maschi per filettare
• Chiavi esagonali
A-7 DESCRIZIONE DELL’APPARECCHIATURA
Nasce una nuova gamma di avvolgifiocco manuale caratterizzata
dall’attacco di mura basso sul piano di coperta. Il meccanismo di
funzionamento mantiene invariato, rispetto alla gamma GFM Crociera,
un sistema di rotolamento a sfere libere in Torlon su piste in alluminio
lavorato “da pieno” ed anodizzato.
Abbinati a questa nuova serie di tamburi denominati “Flat Tack Furler”
(FT Furler) troviamo la classica serie dei profili avvolgibili Bamar BMG
30 -40 R.
Massima semplicità di funzionamento, leggerezza, dimensioni ridotte
e bassissima manutenzione, sono gli elementi che identificano questo
nuovo modello. Esso abbina caratteristiche uniche ad un lay-out
particolarmente ridotto negli ingombri e “basso” rispetto al piano di
coperta, a tutto vantaggio della massima lunghezza di inferitura vela e
del baricentro velico.
Come tutti i prodotti a marchio Bamar, è realizzato lavorando metalli
nobili certificati con macchine a controllo numerico partendo “da pieno”
a garanzia di qualità, affidabilità, robustezza e funzionalità. Le forme e
la costruzione del tamburo di avvolgimento cima sono state studiate e
testate nelle più severe condizioni durante regate Oceaniche intorno al
Mondo.

Avoid starting to assemble the equipment without the required tools.
Proceeding with the wrong tools may not only irremediably damage the
system, but also be dangerous for general safety.
Before starting to assemble the system make sure you have the following
basic series of tools:
• Star screw driver ø 5 mm
• Plastic hammer
• Wood tamper
• A pair of pliers
• Mark bit
• Electric drill with mandrel for drill bits
• Hand metal saw
•
Smooth file
• Drill bits for drilling metal
• Taps
• Allen keys
A-7 DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT
A new range of manual foresail furlers is born. It is characterized by a
low tack fitting above deck.
As in the the GFM Crociera series, the operating mechanism works with
free Torlon ball bearing races running on races machined from solid
aluminium.
This new line of drums called “Flat Tack Furler” (FT Furler) is to be
matched with the classic set of Bamar BMG 30 -40 R furling foils.
Extreme operational ease, light weight, reduced overall dimensions and
very low maintenance are the some of the key elements that identify this
new model. It combines unique characteristics with a particularly compact
layout very low above deck, Maximum sail luff length and center of gravity
benefit from these features.
Like all Bamar products, the unit is machined from certified noble metals
through CNC machines. We start from “solid” blocks of material to
guarantee quality, reliability, robustness and functionality. The shapes
and construction of the stowing drum have been studied and tested in
the most severe conditions during ocean races around the world
