• Adjustments of the dis c section bearings
• Bearing oil
In the first days of working with MOVERE , check the bearing oil level daily, then check every
120 hours of work.
Oil change should be done every 1200 hours of work. Use transmission oil 90 API GL4, MIL-
L-2105; SAEJ306, May / 81: SAE 80W, 90 and 140.
When the bearings of the disc sections have clearances, proceed as follows to adjust them:
1 - Remove the washer (1).
2 - Then, loosen the screws (2) and remove the cover (3) from the bearing (4).
3 - Then, remove one or two gaskets (5) from the cover (3) of the bearing (4). Replace the
cover (3) and retighten it.
4 - If the gap remains, the cover (3) can be checked to increase the setting, then mount it on
the bearing with as many joints as necessary.

- The bearing must rotate freely, i.e. without clearances.
The ideal oil level is when it reaches the hole in the plug. To check the
bearing oil level, look for a flat spot.
