Fuel Cock Sediment Bowl Cleaning

1. Put the petrol cock knob to OFF position.

IMPORTANCE OF PM SCHEDULE EXECUTION

Service Station Manual

Dealer Development Center

Akurdi Pune

2. Remove the petrol cock sediment bowl by using a ring spanner.

3. Pour out the petrol to remove sludge and sediment from Petrol Cock

Sediment Bowl.

4. Remove strainer from petrol cock body.

5. Clean the bowl and the strainer with the help of petrol and nylon brush.

6. Refit the strainer and the bowl.

7. Put fuel cock knob in ON / Res position & confirm no fuel leakage.
