Installation Overview
1. Use a fork lift to place machine on location.
2. At the bottom of each post is a pad. Drill ¼” Hole through each Pad
(using a ¼” High Speed drill bit).
3. Drill in to the concrete (Using a 3/16” or equal masonry bit) to a depth
of 2 ½”. A hammer drill is suggested.
4. Use ¼” Masonry or equal screws to secure base to concrete.
*If you remove the sides, you can drill at an angle and conceal the screws.
5. Remove the Ice Maker from the carton/box. Remove all packing tape &
packing material from internal parts.
6. Use a fork lift to place the Ice Maker on the top of the machine. Set the
Ice Maker facing the front-inside the black marker lines.
7. Connect the Water hose to the water line in the back of the Ice Maker.
8. Connect the Electrical to the back of the Ice Maker.
9. Connect the drain to the Ice Maker. Make sure vent pipe is up. *Do not
glue, in the future you will need to clean this if it becomes clogged.
10. Remove the plastic wrapping from the Ice Maker Housing.
12. Use a fork lift to lift and lower the ice maker housing over the Ice
Maker, *Depending upon where the machine is placed (up against a
wall or remotely) you might need to take the front cover off of the ice
maker housing to make sure there is access to the ice maker.
13. Connect the power supply to the power box on the right rear side of
the machine into 18’ x 18’ Box. Connect to the Power disconnect switch.
DO NOT TURN POWER ON!
14. Connect Control Wiring to Ice Maker. White cable with orange tape
needs to be connected to the matching colors cables/wires on the
terminal block on the top of the main machine.
15. Make sure ice maker control switch is in the ON position.
16. Connect the outside water line to the machine.
17. Turn water ON.
18. Turn power ON.
19. Confirm that motors are rotating shafts in the correct direction
20. Allow Ice Maker to fill ice storage bin for aprox 3 hours.
21. Fill the Coin tubes to the maximum Mechanism with the appropriate
coins
22. Once green light has come on, test vend a bag of ice.
23. Allow the machine to fill over night.
