2. Product Descriptions

2.1 Intended Uses / Applications

MGS-400 gas detectors are to be installed in non-classified, non-hazardous, permanent
locations for the purpose of continuously monitoring ambient air

(indoor or outdoor)

for the

following gas types:

•  Refrigerants
•  Oxygen
•  Toxic and combustible gases

WARNING:

This instrument is neither certified nor approved for operation in

oxygen-enriched atmospheres. Failure to comply may result in EXPLOSION.

WARNING:

This instrument has not been designed to be intrinsically safe for use

in areas classified as being hazardous locations. For your safety, DO NOT use it
in hazardous

locations.
