• Discontinue use of the bassinet, bassinet or the changing table when 

child begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached the height of 

22 in. (559 mm), weight of 12 lbs. (5.5 kgs) or 3 months old, whichever 

comes first.

 place product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes 

can strangle a child.

 place more than one child in the Nursery Center or Playard.

ALWAYS

 remove Parent Organizer and all Bassinets and Changing 

Table when a child is in the Playard.

 use any accessories that 

entrap the child within the Playard.

• Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your 

child.

 leave child unattended.

 use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers 

not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.

• Use bassinet with only one child at a time.
• Do not use full-size bassinet when using bassinet.

 place a child under the bassinet.

store the bassinet in the playard while in use.

• The bassinet must be fully assembled and installed before using.

STRANGULATION HAZARD -  NEVER

 leave the changing table in place 

when the child is in the bassinet or the playard.  Always flip changing table 

down while not in use.

• To prevent your child from falls and other injuries, always use safety belt 

when child is on the changing table, always stay within arm's reach of 

your child when using the changing table.

• To help prevent heat build-up inside the playard and to avoid overheating 

your child, when using the bassinet

 use an outdoor canopy.

 WARNING:

 Failure to follow these warning and 

the instructions could result in serious injury or death.

FALL HAZARD: 

To help prevent falls, do 

not use this product when the infant begins to push up 

on their hands and knees or has reached the height of 

22 in. (559 mm), weight of 12 lbs. (5.5 kgs) or 3 months 

old, whichever comes first.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD 

Infants have suffocated:

• In gaps between extra padding and side of the 

bassinet/cradle, and 

• On soft bedding 

Use only the pad provided by manufacturer. NEVER 

add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for 

padding.

 WARNING:

 Never leave child unattended.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD:

 Infant 

carrier can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. 

NEVER place carrier on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces.

FALL HAZARD:

 Child’s activity can move 

carrier. NEVER place carrier on counter tops, tables, or 

any other elevated surface.NEVER use this carrier as a 

means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.

• 

To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be 

placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

• 

FALL HAZARD

 - Always check that the bassinet is securely locked on the 

base/stand by pulling upwards on the bassinet bed.

• The playard, including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use. 

MAKE 

SURE EACH LATCH IS SECURE.

• Strings can cause strangulation! 

NEVER

 place items with a string around 

a child's neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. 

NEVER

 suspend 

strings over bassinet or attach strings to toys.
