To back up, press ADD
Press ZERO/TARE to advance to the next parameter, “CAP”. This is the capacity
setting.
To toggle between parameter name and current setting, press MODE
To change: With current capacity setting displayed, press C/AC then type in correct
capacity on numeric keypad.
To back up, press ADD You need turn off and turn on power again to return to
normal weighing mode.
7. 3 Calibrate
We recommend you to calibrate the scale with a reference weight of full capacity of
the scale according to the following procedure, just before the operation when it is
installed, transported, or after certain time passed from the previous calibration.
Particularly it is necessary when the working district of the scale is changed,
since the measuring data changes proportionally to the change of G of gravity which
changes according to the latitude.
The following calibration procedure is simple, and not subject to operator errors,
but does require a reference weight of the full capacity of the scale for Linear
Calibration. Any Calibration weight over 1/10 capacity for Non linear.
7.3.1 Calibrate non linear
1)In the factory mode hold the MODE key until “
Func
” appears for roughly 5 to 6 sec.,
and find the “CAL” function from the parameters.( Reference Function setting table )
2) Press MODE key to enter calibration the display will be show “nonLin”(Remove all
the weight from the platform) then press MODE key, the display will be show
“UNLOAD” and wait a moment.
3) When the display show “LOAD” then put the full capacity weight on the platform
wait for the display show “PASS”. Normal calibration success. Nothing needs to be
pressed on the keypad, the indicator will sense the applied weight automatically. After
a pause of 30 seconds to 1 minute, display will show “PASS” and indicator will re-boot.
