Vapour extractor
The vapour that is generated in the beaters may enter into the product hoppers. If this
happens the product may get damp and go solid. This makes the product extraction irregular.
To avoid this, the extractor removes the vapours that are generated by the hot water and
beaters from the machine through a tube. It works at 230 Vac continuously from when the
machine is switched on.

Electronic boards
All the models in the Zensia range have 4 electronic boards. The PMC module (Payment
methods Communication), provides the power supply voltage to the other boards and makes
the decisions for the machine to work correctly. The other three control independently a
number of other devices in the machine.
