*4: Setting range
The setting range depends on the model number and the flow rate indication
units. See the table below.
If the setting exceeds the upper limit for indication, the instantaneous flow rate out-
put will be equivalent to the upper limit for indication.
Do not set values for Event 1 instantaneous flow rate or Event 2 instantaneous flow
rate that exceed the upper limit for indication. The instantaneous flow rate may not
reach the set value, so that the event does not operate.
