WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Congratulations! You have made an excellent choice with the purchase of this
quality product. Our commitment to quality also includes our service.
Jumbo offers an excellent repair service, exclusively in Switzerland, for all ayce
products.
Should you, contrary to expectations, experience defects
due to material or manufacturing faults during private use
within
FIVE YEARS
of the date of purchase, we shall be
liable for warranty claims in accordance with the statutory
warranty regulations, provided that:
- The device was not used for any purpose other than that
for which it was intended;
- Was not overloaded;
- Was not used with the wrong accessories; and/or
- Any repairs were carried out only by an authorised
workshop.
The warranty certificate is valid only when accompanied by the receipt. Please
keep both in a safe place. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The
product is guaranteed for a period of
FIVE YEARS
beginning on the day of
purchase. Keep your purchase receipt safe as proof of the date of purchase. The
guarantee period may only be extended for the duration of any repair required.
During the warranty period, defective devices may be returned to every Jumbo
store. We shall, at our discretion, either repair or exchange the device in
accordance with warranty legislation.
Please include the following when returning your product for repair:
1. The receipt (proof of purchase); and
2. This warranty certificate with your name, address, contact details and a
complete description of the fault on the back of the certificate.
If the original receipt is not enclosed, you will be charged for the repairs for in all
cases. After the warranty has expired, you may still return defective devices for
repairs. Quotes, as well as repairs after warranty period, are to be paid for in all
cases. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Additional service information:
During the warranty period, defective devices may be returned to any JUMBO
branch. After the warranty period, the products may be returned to any JUMBO
branch, in order to be tested accordingly.
