This equipment meets the requirements of the directives 2004/108/EC (Electromagnetic
Compatibility), 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage), based on our own relevant test reports.
Axicon Auto ID Ltd also certifies that this equipment, when used in conjunction with the
latest verifier software has all of the features required to meet the 21CFR Part 11 standard.
We also certify that this verifier uses solid-state technology (no moving parts) and LEDs for
the illumination of the barcode. It does not use a laser and consequently there are none of
the usual health and safety risks associated with the use of lasers.
