CAMERA MENU

With this menu, a camera equipped with an RS485 interface can be controlled 
via the corresponding TITAN videocodec interface. A picture-in-picture is dis-
played on the monitor in which the local camera’s picture is displayed.

MVC-CAM/GRC-CAM/REM-CAM: In the local mode, this is used to activate 
the selection of the camera for the motion-video codec (MVC-CAM) or the gra-
phics codec (GRC-CAM). In the remote mode (REM-CAM), this key has no 
function.

: In the local mode, this is used to select the required camera from the 

list of available sources (SETUP menu) for the motion-video or graphics co-
dec. In the remote mode, this is used to select the remote camera.

SEL-POS: A stored camera position is selected. For each of the five position 
keys, a position of the pan & tilt head can be selected. The camera then auto-
matically moves to the correct position. The fixed positions are stored using 
the MEMORY key. The last selected position is indicated by 

.

MEMORY: The current camera position is stored. This function can be used 
to store positions of the pan & tilt head that are used regularly. Simply click the 
corresponding number that you would like the position of the camera to be 
stored under. The stored positions are then used later in the SEL-POS field. 
The number under which the last position was saved is indicated by 

.

PAN & TILT: This key panel is used to control the pan & tilt head of the camera. 
The camera is moved by pressing the keys. STOP should be pressed when 
the correct position has been reached.

ZOOM: The “+” and “-” keys are used to start a forward or backward zoom. 
The “STOP” key stops the movement of the zoom lens.

LOCAL: All camera control functions apply to the local camera.

REMOTE: All camera control functions apply to the remote camera.

CLOSE calls up the MAIN menu.
