Colour loss or no video signal output
The connected cables may not be
connected correctly or faulty
Check whether the cables are
connected correctly and in working

Check with oscilloscope or multimeter if
there is any signal at the input/output

Make sure the connection is secure
Input source contains HDCP while the
HDCP compliance is switched off
Send command /%[Y]/[X]:1. or change
the HDCP compliance status in the GUI
The display doesn’t support the input
resolution
Switch to another input source or enable
