ZQ375 Checkweigher User Instructions

5 Error messages

The following errors may be displayed during use of the indicator.

Message

Display

Overload

Can’t fit on display.

In the PER375 application, this means

an initial Target value is not set.

Underload

Can’t

Entry not in valid range

Password entry failed

General error.

Report to repair tech.

The indicator failed the attempted action

Checkweigher did not reach a stable zero weight within

time window set for automated weighing process.

If this message is cycling on the display every 10 - 20

seconds, it indicates that the battery option is enabled

but the checkweigher is not using a battery with the built-

in power down circuitry
