Mounting the unwinder to the holder
The unwinder holder provides a stud [31A]on each side
of its flange. The stud on the dancer arm side must en-
gange with one of the 5 holes in the lever plate [31C] on
the dancer arm. Which hole is matching depends on
the following:
– RH or LH unwinder
– Mounting on top of or laterally to the ALS 30x basic
module.
Mounting:

Push the unwinder axle into the flange [31B] at the
holder.
– Leave a little space between unwinder holder and
lever plate [31C] at the dancer arm.

Rotate the dancer arm until the stud engages into
the right hole [32], [33].

Tighten screw [31D].
Tightening torque:
– Unwinder fixing screw [31D] (DIN 912
M10x50 8.8). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 45 Nm
[31] Stud (A) at the unwinder holder.
[32] Engagement position (arrow) of the stud, if the unwinder is
mounted on top of the ALS 30x.
[33] Engagement position (arrow) of the stud, if the unwinder is
mounted laterally to the ALS 30x.
