Assembly

Turn the adjustment screw [23A] and both clamp
screws [23C] some rotations out.

Insert the support stand side bracket [24A] and push
in the axle [23B] flush.

Tighten 2 clamp screws [25A] at the support stand
side bracket.

Loosen clamp screw [25B] at the support stand
flange.

Push labeller with the head joint onto a support
stand tube and tighten clamp screw [26A].

Incline labeller to the intended angle by turning the
adjustment screw [26B].
– Turn in = Inclination upwards
– Turn out = Inclination downwards

Tighten both clamp screws [26C].
Tightening torque:
– All clamp screws
(DIN EN ISO 4762 M12x35 8.8) . . . . 70 Nm
[23] Machine side bracket ready mounted.
[24] Assembling the support stand side bracket (A).
[25] Head joint mounted.
[26] Labeller mounted to support stand.
