Avaya X330W-2DS1 User’s Guide

WAN CLI Commands

This section contains a list of all WAN related CLI commands.

async mode interactive (Console interface context)

Use the

async mode interactive

command to enter Modem mode every time

the proprietary modem cable is plugged into the Console port.

The syntax for this command is:

async mode interactive

async mode terminal (Console interface context)

Use the

async mode terminal

command to disable interactive mode on the

Console, disabling the use of PPP and entering Terminal mode.

The syntax for this command is:

async mode terminal

async reset-modem (FastEthernet interface context)

Use the

async reset-modem

command to reset the connected modem.

The syntax for this command is:

async reset-modem

autoneg

Use the

autoneg

command to set the port speed and duplex to auto negotiation

mode. Use the

form of this command to disable auto negotiation mode.

The syntax for this command is:

[no] autoneg

bandwidth (Interface context)

Use the

bandwidth

command to set the bandwidth informational parameter. Use

the

form of this command to set the bandwidth informational parameter to the

default.

Note:

This command is executed from the Serial, Loopback, Fast Ethernet and

Fabric Fast Ethernet interfaces.
