Layer 3 CLI Commands

Avaya X330W-2DS1 User’s Guide

ip route

Use the

ip route

command to establish a static route. The

form of this

command removes a static route.

The syntax for this command is:

[no] ip route

[<next-hop>]] | <interface-type> <interface-number>} [<cost>]
[<preference>] [permanent] | Null0}

Examples:

The interface type.

The interface number.

permanent

The route will not be disabled if the interface is down.
