Enabling DDI logging

Procedure

1. Enter Ethernet Interface Configuration mode:

enable

configure terminal

interface Ethernet

<port>

2. At the command prompt, enter the following command:

ddi-logging enable [port <port>]

Note:

By default, logging is disabled for all ports.

Variable definitions

The following table describes the parameters for the

ddi-logging

command.

Variable

Value

port <port>

Specifies the port in one of the following formats: a
single port (3), a range of ports (3-4), or a series of
ports (3,5,6).

Viewing DDI logging status

Procedure

1. Log on to ACLI to enter User EXEC mode.

2. At the command prompt, enter the following command:

show ddi-logging
