5. Change hydraulic oil filters

Hydraulic oil return filter: 

Located on top of the  hydraulic tank, under the
cover front cover. Take off the cover and replace
the oil filter cartridge.

Hydraulic pressure filter: 

Hydraulic oil pressure filter is located on top the
hydraulic pump assembly. Use general filter
replacement tool to unscrew the filter. Collect all
waste oil.

When installing a new filter, rub its seal with oil.

6. Clean or replace hydraulic oil tank

breather 

There is a breather filter inside the dipstick cap which 
must be cleaned or changed once a year. 

7. Change fuel filters

In demanding operating environment, or when 
frequently adding fuel from fuel canisters, the fuel 
filters must be changed more frequently than the 
recommended service interval. 

The fuel runs through a pre filter to the main filter. 
The fuel pre filter is located on the left side of the 
engine, near the fuel tank. 

Care must be taken when replacing the fuel filter. 
Make sure to keep all parts clean during service. 
Service only cold engine. 

In demanding operating environment the fuel filter 
must be changed more frequently than the 
recommended maintenance interval. 

 After replacing the fuel filter, prime the fuel system 
by switching the ignition key of the loader to position 
ON,  but do not start. Allow the electric fuel pump to 
circulate fuel for a couple of minutes before starting.
