CONFIGURATION
The JP1 jumper (
7:3
) defines the I²C address of the board: right side – Low; left side – High.
The J1 jumper
(7:4)
or JP2 on some boards, makes the selection in NO or NC mode of input 1.
If it is positioned on the side of the continuous line marked on the circuit, the input is NC; if not,
the input is NO.
The J2 jumper
(7:5)
or JP3 on some boards, makes the selection in NO or NC mode for input 2.
If it is positioned on the side of the continuous line marked on the circuit, the input is NC; if not,
the input is NO.
Note:
In general the sensors used with the AS1225 board have dry contacts and connecting them to
X7 and X8 of AS1200 board does not cause any polarity problem.
However, if open collector sensors are installed, the polarities on the X7 and X8 connection
block of the AS1200 board must be respected in accordance with the tables below:
Terminal 19 Ground External contact 2 of the sensor board on X3
Terminal 20 Signal
External contact 2 of the sensor board on X3
Terminal 21 Ground External contact 1 of the sensor board on X3
Terminal 22 Signal
External contact 1 of the sensor board on X3

To supply a sensor with 24V DC, connect the positive to terminal 1 or 2
