NOTE

The PSD stencil option is only available if the external editor is defined in the

Preferences

dialog:

To create a stencil:

Right-click on a image in the

Stitching Window

and select

Stencil from PSD

from

the contextual menu. Stitcher

creates a copy of the image in the PSD format and

automatically adds a stencil.

The image opens in the external image editor:

Modify the stencil using the image editor’s tools. For example, you can use the lasso

tool to create non-linear shapes or the opacity tool to adjust the transparency of an
area of your image.
