As soon as the heater is switched on (room temperature, hot water level active), the
status line shows the energy type selected in the previous heating procedure. The
factory setting is gas / diesel.
Special features in mixed mode
•
Interruption of the mains voltage 230V:
The heating system switches automatically into gas and diesel mode. As soon as the
230V power supply has been restored, the heating system automatically switches
back to mixed mode.
•
Fault in combustion procedure (e.g. lack of fuel).
Combi Gas - The heating system
switches automatically into electrical
mode. For the heater to operate in
mixed mode again, the cause of the fault
must be remedied and acknowledged
on the Truma CP plus control panel. See
“Fault” on page 16.
Combi Diesel - The heating system goes
to fault. For the heater to operate in
mixed mode again, the cause of the fault
must be remedied and acknowledged
on the Truma CP plus control panel.
Switch to “Electrical” energy type if the
fault is persistent.
Special features in electric mode
•
If the 230V power supply is interrupted and the 12V supply is switched on, an fault
code is shown on the display.
•
When the 230V power supply has been restored, the heater is automatically started
with the existing settings. The fault code goes off.
Choosing the right energy source
Depending on where you’re staying, you may want to conserve gas or use less electricity.
The following icons on the display will allow you to easily select the right fuel or mix of
fuels depending on your situation.
