5 Operation
5.1 Display
The display indicates all the important functions by means of various icons. After
pressing any button, the display lights up for approx. 10 seconds.

Indicates the current battery charge status.
e
A call is currently being made or it flashes when the handset is ringing.
f
A new message has been recorded.
(Optional service from your network provider, e.g. the T-Net Box)

The microphone on the handset has been switched off during a call.

New calls have been stored in the caller list (CLIP) or you are scrolling
through the caller list.
i
You are scrolling through the phone book.
j
Handsfree mode has been switched on.
k
The ringing tone has been switched off.
l
The connection to the base station is good.

Further numbers in the call numbers are to the left or right.
Press the
F
button to display the numbers.

There are new calls in the caller list.

There are new, repeated calls in the caller list.

5.2 T-Net Box or another external answering machine
If the telephone network provider has an external answering machine (e.g. the T-Net
Box) available, the

icon indicates new messages have been recorded for you.
After playing back all the messages on the external answering machine, the icon
disappears from the display. The icon also disappears when the
C
button is pressed
for 2 seconds.
