Address, the Country code, current IP Address, and the Status of the interface

Note that the Country code
indicates the available radio channels for your WLAN interface while the Status displays current MAC Address
of an access point

Information under the COM 1 Information & COM 2 Information
boxes report on the current serial connection
setting of both interfaces which are the
type of current Serial Interface

Mode, the Baud Rate, the Parity bit, the Data bits, the Stop bits, the Flow Control, and the current Link Status

Note that the Link Status will show the mode of the port such as SERVER MODE
and the number inside the

is the number of sessions that are connected in the corresponding COM port
.
If the
number in the bracket is zero

0
])
, it means that the port link is connecting or listening
.

Note that the Status of current information will be display as
green bar

Site Monitor
Site Monitor
submenu under the System Status menu allows users to view other wireless networks in the
neighborhood
.
It also provides information on other access points
(
APs
)
such as SSID, occupied Channel
(

)
, the
RSSI
(
Received Signal Strength Indicator
)
, Security
and other parameters
.
It can be helpful when setting SSID and
Channel number for your SW550X device to avoid SSID name and Channel number conflict
and prevent unexpected
errors or degradation of your wireless network performance
.
Note that it will take a few second
(
approximately 10
seconds
)
for this option to gather information of the surrounding wireless networks
.
During this process, the web
page will show a
“
Please wait
…”
message with running animation
as shown below
