• The declared vibration value can be used to estimate vi-
bration during rundown. Continuous ratcheting against a
run-down bolt may produce a vibration emission in the
range m/s
2
(vibration total values)
• Only use this tool for work which other types of
wrenches, which present lower vibration risks, are un-
able to perform satisfactorily.
• The vibration emission varies greatly with task and oper-
ator technique. Emissions outside the quoted range may
occur for some applications.
• Operators should optimize their technique and select a
suitable wrench in order to minimize the ratcheting time
at the end of each run-down or when backing-off assem-
bled fasteners.
• For the intended application of this tool, we estimate that
normal operation should involve a ratcheting time
against a run-down fastener of less than 0.5 s per fas-
tener on a hard joint and up to 3 s on a soft joint.
We point out that application of the tool to a sole specialist
task may produce a different average emission and in such
cases we strongly recommend a specific evaluation of the vi-
bration emission.

WARNING
This product can expose you to chemicals including
lead, which is known to the State of California to cause
cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For

Information regarding Article 33 in REACH
The European Regulation (EU) No. 1907/2006 on Registra-
tion, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals
(REACH) defines among other things requirements related to
communication in the supply chain. The information require-
ment applies also to products containing so called Substances
of Very High Concern (the “Candidate List”). On 27 June
2018 lead metal (CAS nr 7439-92-1) was added to the Candi-
date List.
In accordance with the above this is to inform you that cer-
tain mechanical components in the product may contain lead
metal. This is in compliance with current substance restric-
tion legislation and based on legit exemptions in the RoHS
Directive (2011/65/EU). Lead metal will not leak or mutate
from the product during normal use and the concentration of
lead metal in the complete product is well below the applica-
ble threshold limit. Please consider local requirements on the
disposal of lead at product end of life.

symptoms, especially when smoking contaminated to-
bacco.
Health and Safety recommendations for PTFE must be
followed when handling vanes and other components:
►
Do not smoke when servicing this product
►
PTFE-particles must not come in contact with open
fire, glow or heat
►
