black pepper. Operate everything excluding
salt and pepper in a mincing machine and mix,
pour 1/2 glass of water, salt, pepper, mix. Put
chopped mushrooms in the center of every item
(1 spoon for 1 item). Cook in a greased bowl.
Preparation time – 20 mins.
Meat stewed with vegetables
200 g. beef, 60 g. bacon, 1 leek, 125 g. carrot, 1
guinea pumpkin, 75 g. celery, 50 g. mushrooms,
1 glass of potato puree.
Operate meat, onion, celery, carrot, mushrooms
in a mincing machine, add salt and pepper.
Scald guinea pumpkin and peel. Put potato
puree in a greased bowl, minced meat with
vegetables and mushrooms over it, then sliced
guinea pumpkin, cubes of bacon on it. Cover all
with dried crust, put pieces of butter on top.
Preparation time – 15 - 20 mins.
Fish
Pickled fish
Fish fillet - 1 kg, 1 sliced finely lemon, 1 onion
sliced in rings, at pleasure.
At first pickle fish fillet as usual. Cook in a
greased bowl.
Preparation time – 13-15 mins.
Balsamic salmon
6 pieces (140 g. each) of salmon fillet without
skin, 1/3 glass of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 glass
of oil, 4 chopped cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of
honey, 4 teaspoons of mustard. Salt and pepper
to taste.
Pickle salmon fillet as usual. Cook pickled
salmon fillet in a greased bowl.
Preparation time – 13-15 mins.
Provence salmon (Europe)
6 pieces (180 g. each) of salmon fillet , 1 glass
of olive oil, 1/2 chopped lemon without rind,
1 spoon of finely chopped fresh chive, I spoon
of finely chopped tarragon, salt, black and red
pepper to taste. Pickle fish with all ingredients
as usual. Cook pickled fillet in a greased bowl.
Preparation time –15 mins.
Garnish
Potatoes
1 kg of peeled medium-sized potatoes, 1 spoon
of olive oil, flavouring for potatoes, salt, spices
to taste. Cook potatoes as usual in a greased
bowl, stirring with a plastic spoon.
Preparation time – 35-40 mins.
Rice
Put rice into the bowl and pour with water,
according to the table of right rice-water
proportion.
Preparation time –30 mins.
Cauliflower
1 kg of processed cauliflower, 2-3 spoons of any
mayonnaise, greenery, spices, salt and pepper
to taste.
Pickle cauliflower as usual. Put cauliflower into
the bowl, stir while cooking.
Preparation time – 10-15 mins.
Potatoes baked with suet pieces
Take 2 pieces of medium sized potatoes, peel,
wash, slice in 8mm high circle pieces. Salt the
surface a little, put a piece of suet on every
circle. Put pieces into a greased bowl.
Preparation time – 25 mins.
Stewed vegetables
Use your favourite fresh vegetables, for
example, vegetable marrows, guinea pumpkin,
mushrooms, pepper, green corn. Keep corn,
small vegetables and mushrooms uncut. Cut
