Mount the support arms
a.
Install support arms and properly secure and lubricate the bolt.
b.
When the support arm is fully extended, check that all stops are working properly, adjust if
necessary.
c.
Check support arm lock and adjust if necessary. Check for function when lowered.
4.
Hydraulic oil
a.
Fill hydraulic oil (see technical data) into the tank until the oil level has reached the mark on
the dipstick.
b.
There is air in the hydraulic circuit during commissioning. Move the lift up and down at least
10 times and make sure that there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the system. Carefully
approach the upper limit switch the first time and check that it is working. Leave the cap of
the tank open and top up with oil if necessary.
5.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection of the lift may only be carried out by a trained and authorized specialist.
The local legal requirements, which may differ in the individual countries, must be complied with.
