Lubricate the slideways of the columns
a. Lubricate the slideways for the plastic blocks of the columns as shown in the following drawing.
b. The applied grease is specified in the lubrication plan.

Assembly and adjustment of the Synchronization ropes

Mount the two Synchronization ropes at the bottom according to the specifications

Lubricate all pulleys and bolts, as well as plastic sliding pieces and their sliding surfaces in the
columns

Tensioning and adjusting the Synchronization ropes. During the first presetting, the pallet
trucks should be at the same height. The final setting should be made later with a weight
(vehicle). Always firmly lock the lock nuts on the threaded adjustment bolts.

The Synchronization ropes are correctly adjusted when the notches snap into place at the
same height when the lift is raised and when the lift is completely lowered, the two lift trucks
are completely in contact with the bottom.
An adjustment of the synchronization ropes after a short operation time is eventually
needed due to the material and does not mean that it is a warranty work but a
maintenance work for which is the user responsible. This readjustment of the
compensation ropes must be carried out by the operator with the recurring necessary
control tasks and maintenance work.
