disable multi-settings;1: designated system to place calls;

Set whether to use digitmap. X ranged from 0 to 1: 0: do not

Set types of ring. X is ranged from 0 tohrough 12: 0-9: ring
as ordinary rings in different frequency; 10: do not ring; 11:
ring as music shipped from factory; 12: ring as music saved
by user

Set the ring seconds before the phone answers the call auto
